When we began working on the new cakes at Noga’s website, we had to go right back to the beginning and tell the story of an incredible baker.
With all great business Noga started from humble beginnings. Cakes where dreamt of, in a kitchen six steps in each direction, making novelty cakes for friends and neighbours.
Being the first in an industry, Noga and a very select few, began the transportation of gourmet cakes to Sydney’s finest cafes and restaurants.
Playing a significant part in the evolution of quality food in the industry, we always found it was never too hard to source local quality ingredients, if your margins weren’t your only focus point. So from our business awards to our Royal Fine food show placing on the prestigious ‘Best of the Best’ list, our focus in sustaining homemade handcrafted quality cakes has never been compromised.
For 40 years, we have been cakes at their very best; with true Noga’s style our cakes are designed with an undeniable prerequisite to be different, always promising to give our competitors something to follow.
Uncompromised dedication has remained our four decade long vision, it hasn’t been easy from a recession to the hype of the new. We have remained the standard to which all else is judged.
We believe it is our responsibility to innovation and our love of cakes that means we will never rest on our accomplishments. We are proud to say that our cakes remain loyal to our original recipes and are firm believers that our passion for cakes is as strong as it was over forty years ago because like all family businesses this is our other home.
